Shipping
What are your delivery times?
If order is placed prior to noon then delivery is same day between 5-6pm.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is free over $50 for local London and surrounding areas up to 10 Km.
Shipping on orders under $50 for local London and surrounding areas up to 10 Km a flat rate of $15 will apply.
Shipping to areas outside London 10 km up to 50 Km would be for a flat rate of $60 unless the order is above $200.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Currently we are only able to provide local delivery to London and surrounding areas up to 50 Km.
Do you have a location where I can collect my order?
Yes, we offer a convenient pickup option at a designated location. Orders can be collected every other day between 5-6 PM. Once your order is ready, we will provide you with the specific address and instructions for pickup.
My Order
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order before submitting. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
I received the wrong items in my order, what should I do?
We apologize for the mistake! Please contact our customer support team right away with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem and send you the correct items.
I forgot to add something to my order, can I add it later?
Once your order is placed and processed, we cannot add items to it. If you need more items, please place a new order. If it’s within the same shipping window, we may be able to combine the orders upon request.
How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
After you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details of your purchase. If you don’t receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder, or contact us to ensure everything went through.
